May Day

It's the 75th VE Day celebrations and Church Square will be filled with food stalls and events.  Join us in the UK wide national 'toast' at 3pm and the garden bar will be open with a very British 1940's feel.  And later we will have LIVE MUSIC in the garden from the fabulous Memphis Belle from 6pm with a bit of rock, pop and country.  We will pause at 7pm to join 20,000 other pubs around the country as we take part in the 'Cry for peace around the world'.  But remember to save some energy for Saturday as it's the May Day Fair and we are partying all weekend long!
